Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst to support a mission-critical intelligence program. The selected candidate will leverage specialized regional and functional expertise to analyze geospatial data, develop intelligence products, and produce high-quality analytic assessments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to transform complex information into actionable intelligence that enables informed operational and strategic decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Develop intelligence products using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other analytic tools to support the warfighter.
• Aggregate and analyze geospatial information and produce visualizations and modeling to support the production of intelligence reports.
• Assist in identifying key locations and personalities within high-priority networks.
• You'll act as a strong collaborator and mission-focused team member who is comfortable working with other analysts, mission partners, and customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ArcGIS
• Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards

• Normal office environment.

• Less than 5%.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $102,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
