Territory Manager- Women's Health- Mid Central

Job Description Territory Manager – Women’s Health To represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women’s Health setting and take necessary action to attain sales objectives. Responsibilities Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts. Establish solid, working relationships with key customers at strategic accounts to create market share conversion. Demonstrate clinical competence and knowledge surrounding the Women’s Health industry. Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD’s market share. Understand and demonstrate the contractual landscape. Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies. Deliver comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals. Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurement. Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationships. Plan sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively. Develop thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data. Inform District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity. Achieve prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints. Analyze customer needs and create solutions. Maintain company automobile and company property. Complete and process BD Peripheral Intervention reports, including sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required. Medical device sales experience preferred. 2 or more years of proven success in Sales is required, preferably within the Women’s Health industry. Demonstrated human relations and communication skills. Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards. Additional Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Women’s Health products preferred. Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits. Basic anatomy. Medical and surgical terminology. Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling.
