The selected candidate will be responsible for performing detailed title research, examining public records, preparing title abstracts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of real estate documentation. Additional tasks include communicating with clients and relevant parties, managing timelines, and adhering to industry regulations and standards to deliver high‑quality services.
