Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Weekend Days: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Nights: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Job SummarySeeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This individual will manage warehouse staff, monitor inventory, coordinate order fulfillment, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a safe and productive workplace.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate order fulfillment activities
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance
- Resolve operational and inventory issues
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed
- Support continuous process improvements
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams Must Have Requirements
- 3-5+ years of inventory management experience
- 3-5+ years of warehouse logistics experience
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
- Experience in a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
