Role Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Kentucky medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
