Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan is seeking a driven, customer-focused automotive service advisor to join our winning team. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them with their service needs, recommending repairs, and ensuring they get back on the road safely. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Obtain vehicle information to provide customers with accurate estimates
- Prepare repair orders
- Explain services and associated costs
- Follow-up with customers regarding their service visits
- Handle customer complaints in a polite and understanding way
- Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair
- Generate additional sales revenue through sales presentations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor preferred
- Tekion/CDK experience a plus and basic computer experience required
- Must understand automotive service and repair procedures
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screen
