See more at As an engineer on the Starlink Enterprise team you will own the design and execution of technically challenging customer solutions in remote locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with the Starlink Transit hardware and customers to improve performance, reliability, and to resolve technical issues when they ariseDevelop new processes and methods that enable rapid deployment of antennas Provide sales teams with pre-sales support, acting as the technical subject matter expert and engineering representative for Starlink Transit in customer interactions and proposal review Directly support activation of new installations from hardware delivery through initial connectivity Travel to remote customer sites to drive rapid installation, troubleshooting, and integration of Starlink Transit solutions Design novel hardware solutions to expand how and what markets are served by Starlink Transit BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering or science discipline 1+ years of experience in an engineering role PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with electrical, mechanical, or structural design and analysisExperience with build, production, or integration of components into an assembly, structure, vehicle, or site under strict quality and timeline requirements Demonstrated success in multidisciplinary project execution Experience with any of the following is a bonus: Producing construction drawings or plansSQL, Matlab, Python, C++, or similarProducing dashboards or analytical and statistical models (Ex: Tableau, PowerBI)Physical network infrastructure design or planningDesign and construction of power systems ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally in support of customer site design and activationsMust be willing to work long hours and occasional weekends when necessary to support critical project timelines COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Level 1: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00Level 2: $145,000.00 - $200,000.00Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
