Greystar seeks a Community Manager for Prose Columbus to lead day-to-day operations for a 340-unit garden community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, approve invoices, and coordinate marketing efforts to meet financial targets. Requires 4–6 years of property management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with proficiency in Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite, plus a valid driver’s license.
