Position Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual content across digital, print, and motion platforms. This position requires a blend of artistic talent and technical proficiency to bring compelling storytelling and brand experiences to life through visuals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The duties include but are not limited to the following: Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, presentations, and interactive media for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications. Collaborate to conceptualize and execute design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and project goals. Create print collateral such as brochures, posters, and event materials as needed. Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and devices. Maintain and organize asset library. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Required Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or a similar creative role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Audition, and Multimedia Encoder. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Valued, but not required skills & experience Experience working in a marketing or creative agency setting. Ability to read and write HTML and CSS code a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is inside a central heat and air-conditioned office building. The noise level in the work environment is minimal.
