The role involves providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. The position requires supporting clinical interventions, assessing patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Active Oklahoma State Licensure, 1 years of PTA experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting, valid resume, skills checklist within 1 year, and 0-1 references at time of submission. Must have an active PTA license at the time of submission. Preferred Qualifications: None specified. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: The role involves administering procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. The PTA will assess patient progress, communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist, document treatment details accurately, and participate in meetings and training as required.
