Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy, LLC is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for Coral Springs Charter School. This position is available now, and we're ready to bring someone on as soon as possible.

About the Role:

• On-site position at Coral Springs Charter, following the school's calendar and daily schedule.
• 4 days/week, 32 hours/week.
• Pay: $70/hr for SLPs, $45-50/hr for SLPAs.
• Direct, hands-on supervision and support from a licensed SLP. You'll never be navigating a tricky case or an unfamiliar IEP situation alone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per their IEPs.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed.
• Develop and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation of services provided.
• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and other members of the IEP team.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student progress.
• Manage a caseload independently while staying connected with your supervisor for guidance, case consultation, and support.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP license, or SLPA registration/certification in good standing.
• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload within the school day.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with documentation.
