Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This full-time, on-site LPN position is located in Lenoir City, TN. The role offers a base pay of $20.00+ per hour, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a temp‑to‑hire path. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions. Assist with examinations and procedures. Perform clinical skills such as phlebotomy and injections. Administer medications. Provide patient education.
