Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: Current BLS Certification Must-Have: Experience in rehabilitation nursing Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation specialty. The nurse will work in an inpatient acute rehabilitation environment. The focus is on the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by severe injuries or illnesses. Ongoing care and specialized treatment are provided throughout patients' recovery journeys. Rehabilitation programs are customized and intense, tailored to individual needs. Patients may be recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. The aim is to maximize health, function, and quality of life for those served. Comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs are utilized. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication and patient advocacy skills are essential for success in this role.
