Continuous Improvement (DBS) Leader - Medical Device, Biotech

Cytiva seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to direct Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations in Hauppauge, New York. The role involves strategic deployment of continuous improvement methodologies, coaching leadership teams, and driving operational excellence aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and sustain Kaizens, projects, and action plans to improve plant KPI
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving using DIVE/DMAIC methodologies
- Develop and mentor teams in DBS tools and Kaizen methodologies
- Manage strategic projects from conception through sustainment phase
- Drive performance improvements in critical plant areas through active engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or lean manufacturing
- Ability to assess business metrics and operational situations strategically
- Strong influence and collaboration skills across organizational levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with DBS or continuous improvement tools preferred
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
