Baro Maintenance Company is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with commercial property maintenance and repair work throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

We are a growing commercial maintenance company servicing retail stores, offices, and other commercial properties. We are currently seeking experienced and dependable maintenance technicians to join our team.

This position will begin  part-time, with full-time opportunities available as the company continues to grow and service volume increases.

Typical work includes:

• Drywall patching and repair
• Painting and touch-ups
• Door and hardware repairs
• Minor carpentry
• Flooring repairs
• Fixture installation and replacement
• General property maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Previous handyman, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction experience
• Ability to perform common repairs independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Smartphone capable of taking and sending clear photos
• Basic hand and power tools
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and property personnel
• Ability to document completed work with photos and written notes
• Dependable and responsive

Commercial maintenance experience is preferred.

Work locations will vary throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

Compensation: $21.49–$27.36/hour depending on experience and skills.

Part-time to start, with opportunity to transition to full-time as the company grows.
