Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services.

Additional Details:

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry monitoring is available for patients requiring stable cardiac monitoring. Experience required.

Preferred Credentials: Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: 1900-0730, rotating weekends. Holiday Coverage Required

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
