Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay: $15.00 + opportunity to earn tips | Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 3:00 am


Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly, and professional service to both guests and team members.
• Greets and welcomes each guest warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assists guests promptly at the food cart, taking orders and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintains proper documentation of orders, payments, and any special requests.
• Monitors product availability and communicates with team members to ensure items are stocked and ready.
• Keeps the food cart and surrounding area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Supports dining room operations by assisting servers and bussers as needed (e.g., refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, attending to guest needs).
• Completes all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of shift.
• Promotes current casino events and programs, providing accurate directions and information to guests.
• Delivers a warm farewell by thanking guests, inviting them back, wishing them luck, and encouraging continued play.

Requirements

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
