Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
This position requires working from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations, including COVID-19 and MMR.
- Completion of the Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
