Webb Chemical is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer to manage capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure investments across our manufacturing sites. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to company leadership and opportunities for future operations leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead capital projects from concept through completion
• Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors, and vendors
• Drive facility improvements and operational efficiencies
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams
• Support long-term capital planning and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or 3+ years of Project Management Experience
• Experience with capital projects, manufacturing, or facility improvements
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
