Position Details Job Type: Full-Time Pay Type: Hourly Location: Remote (Canada) Position Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to start work immediately. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
