Food Safety Quality Control Manager at Dunkin' Livonia, MI

Responsibilities Administer all product testing programs for incoming materials, work in process, and finished product Handle consumer complaints Administer the SQF program and ensure compliance with all SQF level 3 certification requirements Train employees in PCQI, HACCP, GMP, and other Quality Assurance programs Provide training to manufacturing employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices Report programming, processing, and equipment issues to relevant departments and the Operations Manager Ensure production, quality, and quantity standards are met Implement company safety policies and provide training to employees Manage customer and third‑party audits Maintain all product specifications and develop new specifications as needed Lead the organization in uniformly adopting company quality programs Possess SQF and HACCP background Manage the Kosher and Organic Certification programs Qualifications MUST HAVE FOOD SAFETY QUALITY CONTROL EXPERIENCE Train employees in up‑to‑date quality control protocols Demonstrate good organizational skills Adhere to health and safety regulations Meet strict deadlines MUST HAVE certifications in FDA FSMA standards and be able to implement GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and other regulations Have at least two years of related experience in Food Safety Quality Control Benefits Full‑time work Flexible scheduling Health Care (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) Paid time off Life and disability insurance Tenure bonus Immediate interviews with a chance to hire on the spot SIGN-ON BONUS $250 (issued after 90 days) Location: Livonia, MI 48150.
