Collaborate on complex cases or transfer internally when needed. You are never practicing alone. Mixed Animal Flexibility Opportunities available for farm calls, large animal work, or hybrid scheduling. Maintain and grow your mixed animal skillset if desired. COMPENSATION Base Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 (based on experience and schedule) Production Bonus: No negative accrual Strong earning potential supported by efficient workflow and case exposure SUPPORT STAFF Work alongside Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) and experienced assistants. Technicians handle technical responsibilities so you can focus on medicine and client communication.
