Director of Technology

Maximus is currently seeking a Director of Technology.

This is a remote position and requires the ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead and mentor teams of managers, architects, and engineers.

• Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions.

• Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications.

• Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.

• Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization.

• Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated.

• Promote the following qualities in all solutions; scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.

• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions for the customer and Maximus.

• Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization and customer.

• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination as team is built out.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.

-10+ years of relevant professional experience required.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance is required.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Current, active moderate level MBI preferred.

• Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration.

• Cybersecurity & Risk Management.

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management.

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.

• IT Infrastructure & Network Management.

• Emerging Technologies (AI, etc).
