Your Core Impact:
- The "Success Architect": Lead the onboarding journey. You’ll use body scans and movement assessments to build the perfect road map for every new member.
- Sales with Soul: You don't "close" people; you "convert" them to a healthier lifestyle using our proven AF Training systems.
- The Trainer’s Coach: You are the leader of our training staff. You’ll manage schedules, inspire their growth, and ensure our "Culture of Care" is felt on every square foot of the purple turf.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Certified Expert: You hold a current PT certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) or can quickly attain one FREE OF CHARGE by working with us!
- The "Framingham Factor": You are outgoing, honest, and thrive in a fast-paced MetroWest environment.
- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating fitness tech and management software.
- Availability: You understand that fitness happens when our members are off work—flexibility is key.
