This role includes managing maintenance staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding promptly to repair needs. Supervisory or management experience required. Knowledge in electrical, heating, and cooling. High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
