Recruitment Coordinator

An educational organization in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. Hybrid schedule: on-site in the office 3 days per week, 2 days remote Pay rate: $35-40/hr Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Responsibilities Support recruitment efforts by coordinating candidate interviews and managing schedules in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring teams. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements. Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures. Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing coordination.
