• Signing Bonus: $600,000 for a 4-year commitment.

• Loan Repayment: Up to $120,000 in student loan repayment, distributed as $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans, paid directly to the lender through the Active Duty Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (ADHPLRP).

• Incentive Pay: $59,000 per year, with the possibility of a retention bonus after training completion.
  Locations include over 40 stateside options and various overseas locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Germany, and Korea.

• Time Off: Enjoy 30 days of paid vacation each year, in addition to more than 20 days for federal holidays and "Days of No Scheduled Activities."

• Work Flexibility: Choose your state of employment, with a commitment of 1 weekend per month and 2 weeks per year. Includes $500 in travel reimbursement.

• Loan Repayment: Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment, with $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans, paid directly to the lender through the Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP).

• Specialized Training Assistance: Monthly stipend available while enrolled in an accredited residency program. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and will serve in the Army Reserve post-residency.
