Senior Counsel - Health IT, SaaS & AI

Wolters Kluwer United States Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel with a strong background in healthcare regulations and corporate law. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, counseling business on legal concepts, and managing outside legal counsel.
