Be 18 or older

A car, a license, and proof of insurance

No experience? That's okay. We'll train you.

Comprehensive Support: Help clients with daily living and independence

Professional Friendship: Build strong, healthy, respectful relationships

Daily Living Assistance: Support personal care and household needs

Health and Wellness: Join them at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of disability experience is great (but not required)

Valid driver's license and insurance

Background check and personal or professional reference

Must pass a drug screening

Must be ready to make a real difference

We serve people in over 150 towns across Connecticut from Bridgeport to Hartford, Waterbury to New London, Stamford to Manchester, and everywhere in between. If you live in Connecticut, we likely have clients near you.
