Vice President of AI Engineering & Agent Platforms Vice President of AI Engineering & Agent Platforms to lead the development and operationalization of AI‑powered solutions, with a focus on healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the AI platform, leading the engineering organization in AI infrastructure, agent orchestration, and MLOps capabilities. Responsibilities Build and scale the AI platform and lead the engineering organization in AI infrastructure, agent orchestration, and MLOps capabilities. Evolve the enterprise agent platform, lead agent engineering, and establish operational capabilities for prompt and skills lifecycle management. Scale a forward‑deployed AI engineering organization and drive operational excellence to ensure safe and efficient scaling of AI across products and customer environments. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale platform, infrastructure, or AI engineering teams. Experience building and operating cloud‑native, data‑rich products and platforms, and deploying AI‑powered applications in production. Deep understanding of distributed systems, modern software architecture, and experience in a highly regulated industry, especially healthcare. Leadership qualities: passion for innovation, customer‑focused and outcome‑oriented, ability to lead through rapid growth and organizational change.
