Now Hiring: Part-Time Archery Instructor
Gotham Archery | Brooklyn & Manhattan
We can teach you archery. We can't teach personality!
Are you outgoing, energetic, and great at entertaining people? We're looking for someone who can put on a show, make people laugh, and turn a simple archery class into a memorable experience.
No archery experience required we'll teach you!
We care more about your personality, communication skills, and ability to engage a crowd.
What You'll Do
Teach fun, engaging archery classes (we'll train you!).
Answer phones and emails, greet guests, and check in customers.
Set up customers for archery lane rentals and help keep the range running smoothly.
Deliver an awesome customer experience while following safety procedures.
Pay & Growth
Starting training rate: $17/hour
Pay increases to $19/hour when you can teach classes independently and take on front desk responsibilities.
Venmo tip cards are available for guests to leave tips!

Part-time; Saturday and Sunday availability required.
Weekend shifts: 12 PM8 PM.
Weekday shifts: 1 PM9 PM - Possible weekday shifts as filler
All shifts are 8 hours
Who You Are
Fun, personable, reliable, confident talking to strangers, and comfortable being the center of attention. Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but personality comes first!
Think you've got the personality? Send us a little about yourself and why you'd be a great fit for Gotham Archery.
We teach archery. You bring the show!
