About The Role As a Customer Service Representative with Tremron, you are responsible for: Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers. Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Knowing competitor products. Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries. Completing daily paperwork. About You The ideal candidate for this role will have: A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Good organizational and communication skills.
