Job Title Production Worker Department Assembly Location LaGrange, GA Job Summary Production line workers are responsible for assembling and checking parts on production lines. Production line workers operate machinery, work with tools, and monitor the production process to ensure a quality part. Production Line Workers are expected to follow all production schedules, ensure that all parts meet quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Key responsibilities Operate and maintain production line equipment. Perform quality checks on products and materials. Monitor production line to ensure efficiency and productivity. Package finished products for shipment and storage. Clean and maintain production area to ensure safety and cleanliness. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Complete production reports and documentation as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to operate and maintain production line equipment. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Attention to detail. Good Communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Prior manufacturing or production environment preferred. Additional Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to twist and turn at the waist for extended periods of time.
