Pay & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 based on experience
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Assist with occasional SNF/Home Health patients as needed
• Document patient progress using Epic electronic medical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in weekend rotation approximately every 6-7th weekend
• Contribute to community health initiatives and school outreach programs

What You Need:

• Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems, preferably Epic
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
