Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description

Pizza experience is must. Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required.
Oversee opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
Manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) coordination during busy service hours.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
Handle customer complaints, resolve service issues immediately, and greet guests
Create and adjust staff work schedules to match labor budgets.
Train team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
Track stock levels, count inventory, and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
Receive deliveries and check invoices against purchase orders.
Perform cash counts, reconcile registers, and prepare bank deposits.
Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
Maintain facility cleanliness and inspect equipment functionality.
Enforce workplace safety and security policies.
