Travel Nurse Job Details\n \n Position: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse \n Employment Type: Travel Contract \n Setting: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Float Pool \n Location: Boston, MA 02215 \n Start Date: 10/05/2026 \n End Date: 01/02/2027 \n Contract Length: 13 weeks \n Hours Per Week: 36 \n Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts \n Schedule: Rotating days/nights, every other weekend required, holidays required \n Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600 \n Orientation: Weekly orientation available \n Additional Note: Public transportation is available \n Registered Nurse Requirements\n \n Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts required at time of submission \n Minimum of 3 years of related nursing experience required \n Prior travel nursing experience required \n BLS and ACLS certification required \n Epic experience required \n Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based applications \n Level I trauma experience required \n Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise preferred \n Must be comfortable with rotating shifts and variable assignment timing \n All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application \n Responsibilities\n \n Provide skilled nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients across a float pool environment \n Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition \n Perform and interpret 12-lead EKGs as needed \n Administer blood transfusions and manage lasix drips per unit protocol \n Support respiratory treatments, including administering nebulizers as assigned \n Deliver care to patients in specialty areas such as neurology, cardiac, bariatric, general medicine, general surgery, oncology, transplant, vascular, and more \n Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, efficient patient care \n Adapt quickly to varying unit assignments and patient acuity levels \n Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards in a fast-paced acute care environment \n \n Apply now to join this Boston travel nursing opportunity and bring your Med/Surg Telemetry RN expertise to a respected healthcare team.
