Job Summary:

Provides specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while effectively managing multiple urgent cases.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients upon arrival to determine severity of condition and prioritize care accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies precisely as prescribed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and safety precautions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  State nursing license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of recent emergency department nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of emergency protocols, trauma care, and patient safety standards.
