Route Service Sales Representative - Cleanroom

Job Description Cintas is hiring a Route Service Sales Representative – Cleanroom. The role involves providing service to a set customer base by picking up and delivering specialized products to controlled environments such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food processing facilities. The representative will drive a company‑owned truck to multiple customer stops each day, lift, carry, and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, respond to customer inquiries and requests, proactively solve problems, and grow the route by selling additional items from our product line. Responsibilities Drive a company‑owned truck to frequent customer stops throughout the day. Lift, carry, and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts. Respond to customer inquiries and requests. Proactively solve service issues. Grow the existing route by selling additional items from our catalog. Overnight travel one to two nights per week is required. Qualifications Ability to travel overnight one‑to‑two nights per week. Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork skills. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
