Product Director: AI-Driven Risk & Controls Strategy

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Owner – Executive Director to own the STEP application within the Controls Room. You will shape product strategy, drive AI-enabled testing capabilities, and align with 1LOD/2LOD controls to improve test design, monitoring, and execution with strong governance.
You will lead agile teams, guide discovery, and partner across engineering, design, compliance, and risk to deliver measurable value while maintaining controls and oversight.
