Arnold Grounds Property Management
Arnold Grounds Property Management is seeking an Affordable Housing Leasing Agent to oversee the leasing process for an affordable housing community. You will screen applicants, help with paperwork, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while delivering excellent customer service. You will conduct property tours, explain rents and fees, and facilitate lease signings to ensure smooth occupancy.
