Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced legal professional to join its finance group, specifically within the structured finance subgroup, in Miami, FL. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Candidates with experience in this area are preferred but not required. Responsibilities Engage in commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce timely and accurate work products. Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Foster positive work relationships. Requirements 5-9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO. Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred. Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent organizational and management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of application. Skills Attention to detail and good business judgment. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Research and problem-solving abilities. Persuasive communication and ability to influence others.
