About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented fulfillment pharmacy technician to join a closed-door specialty pharmacy team in Northlake, TX. In this role, you will support the dispensing process by accurately filling prescriptions, preparing medications for shipment, and ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner.

This is an onsite position in a fast-paced pharmacy environment focused on quality, accuracy, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately fill and prepare prescription medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Select, count, label, package, and prepare medications for shipment.

Review prescriptions and medication orders for completeness and accuracy.

Assist with inventory management, including stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts.

Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.

Perform quality checks on prescriptions prior to dispensing and shipping.

Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to meet daily production goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with other pharmacy fulfillment duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License required.

Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, or high-volume fulfillment environment.

Experience with pharmacy management systems and prescription processing.

Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication handling procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
