About the NHA Nursing Home Administrator Role:
As an NHA Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing home, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our residents while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, manage staffing and budgeting, and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
NHA Nursing Home Administrator Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including patient care, staffing, and budgeting
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditations
• Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
• Monitor and improve quality of care and resident outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
