Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an RN, Minimum Data Set (MDS) nurse to lead accurate, timely MDS assessments and care planning. This role ensures regulatory compliance, supports reimbursement accuracy, and promotes resident-centered, whole-person care. The MDS RN collaborates closely with providers, nursing, rehab, and behavioral health teams to assess clinical, functional, and psychosocial needs, translating findings into individualized care plans.
