Now Hiring: Senior Buyer – Regulated Industry| Full-Time
\nWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to lead sourcing and supplier management in a highly regulated environment. This role will drive strategic purchasing, cost optimization, and supplier performance while ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
\nWhat You’ll Do:
\n• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier qualification
\n• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier terms
\n• Manage RFQs, POs, order tracking, and inventory levels
\n• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality & Production
\n• Ensure compliance with industry standards and export/import requirements
\n• Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
\n• Mentor junior team members
\nWhat You Bring:
\n• 5+ years of procurement experience in aerospace/defense
\n• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
\n• Deep understanding of applicable industry standards
\n• ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
\n• Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS/ISM certifications a plus
\n• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
