Location: Northern Nevada
Compensation: Approximately $114K+ DOE ($55/hr equivalent) + Prevailing Wage Opportunities + Company Truck + Benefits

ParkerBeth Search Partners is recruiting an experienced Paving Superintendent for a well-established heavy civil contractor serving Northern Nevada. Lead Foremen with paving/highway experience will also be seriously considered.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can take ownership of asphalt paving operations, supervise field crews, and deliver safe, high-quality projects. This company performs paving, grading, excavation, underground utilities, and site development, while producing its own asphalt and operating its own trucking fleet—giving you the resources needed to keep projects moving.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily asphalt paving operations from planning through completion
• Supervise paving crews, foremen, operators, and trucking coordination
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and production schedules
• Review plans, grades, and specifications to ensure quality work
• Monitor safety, productivity, and project progress
• Track labor, equipment, and material usage
• Work closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues
• Support grading, aggregate base, and utility crews during the off-season as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of asphalt paving or roadway construction experience
• Proven experience leading paving crews
• Strong knowledge of asphalt placement, compaction, grading, and paving equipment
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, safety, and production management skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel throughout Northern Nevada, including occasional overnight stays

Preferred Experience

• NDOT or public works projects
• Highway, roadway, airport, or subdivision paving
• Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage projects
• Grading or aggregate base operations
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• First Aid/CPR
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
