Supportive and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate international ocean export shipments from booking through to vessel departure. Communicate with overseas agents, ocean carriers, customers, truckers, warehouses, and other service providers. Prepare and review export documentation including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. Coordinate export bookings with ocean carriers and ensure cargo is delivered to the appropriate terminal within required cut-off times. Arrange and coordinate drayage, container pickups, and inland transportation. Prepare and submit export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements. Track shipments proactively and provide customers with regular status updates. Accurately enter and maintain shipment information within CargoWise. Ensure all files are completed accurately and invoiced in a timely manner. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding. Previous experience handling ocean export shipments. Strong working knowledge of ocean export documentation and freight forwarding processes. Experience using CargoWise is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
