Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, working in a dayshift setting, will provide specialized cardiovascular care within a clinical environment. The role involves independently delivering routine and complex interventions, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. This position is scheduled to start on 09/21/2026, with a current end date of 12/19/2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred; 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred; BLS certification (American Heart Association); RN license in the state of New Mexico or a compact license
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting
• Additional Information: The nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide care, administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols, assess patient history and symptoms, and provide education to patients and families about their care. The role requires an awareness of psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families, along with the ability to make appropriate clinical judgments and delegate tasks as necessary.
