• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of specialized training in technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturers' training program
• 3-4 years experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in a plant or industrial environment
• Must have a working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as well as the use of all shop equipment, such as welding and machining equipment

• Ability to support high regional mobility by moving dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments
• Hands-on competency maintaining and repairing machinery components
• Executes field maintenance under strict safety adherence
• Ensures plant aggregate gates close seamlessly and conveyor belt paths track true
• Accurately completes and signs off on daily equipment inspection checklist and technical work orders
