Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Waupaca, Wisconsin
The organization is seeking an Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to support a 12-hour night shift (NOCS) role at an eight-bed emergency unit. Responsibilities include providing emergency nursing care while maintaining effective communication and following unit workflows. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift; 36 hours per week minimum.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (AHA); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (AHA); Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); Associate degree or certificate; minimum 3+ years of RN experience; minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room (ER) experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree.
• Certifications/Training: Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (AHA); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (AHA); Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
• Clinical/Operational Requirements: Charting in Epic within the last year.
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend; holiday rotation required.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Epic required in the last year. At least one completed contract is required. There is an 8-hour unbillable orientation. Guaranteed hours per week are not guaranteed during the week of orientation; set hours are guaranteed except during holidays when the unit is closed.
